All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days by the shipping method you specify, unless other arrangements have been made, or unless you choose to pick up your order at my office.
If an order can not be shipped within 1-2 business days for stock reasons, an email will be sent with the expected ship date. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
You may return unopened mechandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Damaged or opened merchandise can not be returned. Please contact us if you need to return an item or items. |
