An all-herbal bio-identical progesterone product that is absorbed under the tongue. A better choice than progesterone creams. Why? Progesterone is a fat-soluble hormone. When it is absorbed through the skin, some of it gets into the blood, but much of it is absorbed into the fat under the skin. The hormone, progesterone, then tends to accumulate there and become a progesterone "bank". I have seen very elevated progesterone levels in women even 4 months after they stopped using a cream.
